Think of your skincare routine as consisting of three main steps:

  • Cleansing - Use a gentle, non-drying cleanser morning and night. Double cleansing can be beneficial for thoroughly removing makeup and impurities
  • Moisturising - Use a moisturiser that suits your skin type to lock in moisture and protect the skin barrier
  • Sun Protection - Apply broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher daily, even on cloudy days

Additional Steps:

  • Toning - Apply a toner to balance your skin's pH and prepare it for further products
  • Treating - Apply targeted treatments to address specific skin concerns, such as acne, ageing, or hyperpigmentation
